2118 pop-rock, live IDs, sometimes strange distorsion (solar storm ?),
talking about closing down, 2140 music, many announcements, 2152 OFF

Yes, this is not misti radio, different sound quality and strength... maybe the DJ was greeting Misti Radio and this is what you heard.
