Someone playing music here. Its down in the noise floor. 1253UTC.
At 1255Z, its up enough to identify it as country music--maybe? Still down in the noise floor
1257--Heard Rave On Radio ID.

With exceptionally low noise here this morning, RoR is in the clear at S2 with ID's @ 1333z.
