Pirates communicate on 6.986 USB 0100UTC 4-17-2020?

Here is what I heard: https://youtu.be/onLDrLPradQ

I'm not sure if this is one pirate station goofing around.  It kind of sounds like a couple of them were sending images back and forth "testing" transmissions.

Has anyone heard this before?  One of the guys responding is DJDIKWEED I am certain.  His pirate voice inflection is distinct!

This sounds like a DOD Net exercise similar to the ones conducted with MARS/Amateur radio operators.

Desert Eagle is located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. These Nets have been heard on 13483.5 in the past few years.

Thanks for the great recording.
