Right after Radio 2012 Intl went off--I'm hearing what sounds like an OM in EE down in the noise. Maybe just pescadores? But sounds monologue-ish to me.

Hearing this also here.  Heard at least one ment North Carolina.  Sounds like an interview, poss sports related?  Poss there is crowd noise in the background?  No; hrd ment of Alan Weiner.  Poss a replay of the Jay S tribute show from a couple nites ago.

cosmikdebris has this as a James Brownyard interview of Jay Smilkstein at Winterfest, and I'm satisfied with that.  0030, sig is starting to pick up here.
