Spinning the dial I ran across RHC @ 12:59 UTC just as they were signing off with a YL giving the station ID.  Very solid signal.   I can't recall ever picking them up on this frequency.

SINPO: 4-5-4.   Couldn't assess fading  as station QRT'd @ 12:59.   I only was a able to monitor for about 30 seconds before they went off the air.

I cannot find an A20 frequency list for RHC on any of the online resources I use, that includes RHC's home page.  The frequency of 11950 was used by RHC from 0000-0100 utc in the B19 season for a Spanish broadcast a few nights a week but not daily, according to a web source.  I had picked them up on 11950 in December 2019 in the 1200 utc hour.
