Hard to make out anything except the fact it's music. Thunderstorm QRN is S9 or greater here tonight.

German sounding song at 0227.
Heard "This is Radio Blah Blah Blah" at 0234.
Sound effects/cuckoo clocks at 0237

0214 s/on I think with some country rock, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious parody.  IDs given in a very low voice.  
0223 Accordion music right now it seems.
0230 Sounded like "Telstar", or something vaguely resembling it.  "Batman" theme, "Woody Woodpecker" theme, "Those Were the Days",
