Radio India and Radio Iran were heard on 31M band on my analogue vintage receivers.
Using just the whip antenna, they were good signal strength.
It was evening time, and they talked about the COVID-19 situation in the country.

I am in UK. HF SW band condition is very poor.  In the morning to early afternoon, there is absolutely no signals on HF bands.
But in the late afternoon, signals come on, and in the evenings and at night, the bands get very busy with strong signals.
Between 6 - 12Mhz, there seem hundreds of different countries signals are heard.  About midnights, they disappear until next day evenings.
