PSK31 message at 2330:  GO FISH AND MAKE YOUR OWN

PSK31 message at 2340:   are run by hobbyists purely for fun, ilthough some have political or other agendas. Most pirates transmit using SSB with modern ham radio equipment, others use AM utilizing vintage or homebrew equipment. It has become more common for pirates to transmit
images using SSTV. A few have experimented with FM or digital modes like RTTY- PSK31 and HELL as well as plain CW.      it's all in fun man       pee wee was here

VG signal but high noise levels. Sounded like "WFUK, we F*** Radio" to me. Some skits & news bits. Programming sounds '70s style, but I don't recall this one
