Weak signal barely above noise floor at 0025.
Some improvement  in signal at 0200, but static levels also rose.
Six of one, half a dozen of another.

Tuned in just before 0100 to hear "Captain Morgan Shortwave" IDs and hard blues...huge signal via na5b SDR in DC
