Weak signal barely above noise floor at 0025.
Some improvement  in signal at 0200, but static levels also rose.
Six of one, half a dozen of another.

0040 UTC - Signal is S7-S9 in WNY, audio making it above the noisy band conditions tonight. Playing the blues.
