I am picking it up on the Ottawa Ontario receiver, it at S5 almost at S7. Don’t think I heard this station before.

217- ID by OM synthesized voice, over speech clips (Malcolm X maybe), with ID for WBPR, Black Panther Radio (with 5145 khz mentioned). Repeats several times.
219- Off 6925 khz.

SINPO=22222, improved.
234- On 5145, now hearing deep base of rap music with OM. Could be Public Enemy or similar style.
238- Speech excerpt. Sounds like MLK Jr., but tough to copy. Live crowd sounds.
242- Music with OM talking over tune.
245- Rock music with OM.
248- Rock music with OM.
