0244 - Some saying the control the frequency and ID as WBCQ the Planet
           The mode is in USB and not in AM as WBCQ is. Electric music
           and noise
0405 -  KPRC-AM 1616 relay
0422 -  Signed off and ID as 'WBCQ UNDERGROUND' stating they were not associated with the real WBCQ.
            then played the star spangled banner then carrier off
