27.385 LSB this evening
« on: June 16, 2020, 0002 UTC »
Just tuned into 27.385 LSB. Lots of activity down the East coast from New York state and West out to Mississippi. I wish 10M was as active during openings.

Also Illinois coming strong. Two big stations in Chicago currently active. I used to work a lot of 11m SSB back in the day, it amazes me how so many people are able to make contacts on a single frequency. It's hard enough on 20m where people have better manners about calling over other stations (... slightly better manners)

There was some East Coast guy on this channel most of the morning til noon or so having some sort of vile conflict with someone I couldn't hear. Was entertaining.
