1400-1500 ……s 17870scb RADIO LVD (LA VOIX DE DJIBOUTI) – French/Somali/Arabic/Afar – To: East Africa
Djibouti opposition station.
On at 1400z in Afar then Arabic and French (?) very weak here - off at 1459z after HOA music.  Prior ID thought to be Radio Vendredi (Friday in FF) but confirmed as Radio LVD today.
Nice to hear an old clandestine back again - initial BX was January 7, 2010.
