Recorder catch:

6925 USB SIO 322-323

Fair signal with some fading.  Station came on after the Southwest Michigan Dave Memorial Show I believe, but maybe there was some overlap?

01:23z-01:33z Phonetics station

SDR recording catch here as well. I didn't hear Echo Zulu India at the beginning of the tx, I heard "attention attention", and I think I heard another station in there as well. Multiple transmissions on at the same time?

Thanks Chris :)

That dang local QRM issue I'm having wipes out everything when it's on and buried the begining of the phonetics tx - I'll have to go back and listen to my recording again.

Going thru a 3 hour long recording of all the various ops on 6925 last nite.  It appears that the Phonetics Station had a false start at 0102, just before Western Michigan Dave show.  All that was heard at that time was "attention...attention...attention...mike".

The Phonetics Station came back on at 0123 - 0134 with a full transmission after the WMD show ended, and before the UNID music station started.  The full text I got here (in 3, not 4 blocks) was:

Block 1

attention...attention...attention
message to follow
you will need to understand that a new age is dawning
a new day has come and if we dont do something collectively we are doomed as a country as we know the usa

Block 2

attention...attention...attention
this is not a prank this is not a charade
we  have been testing on this frequency for some time now
broadcast off and out

Block 3

attention...attention...attention
this is not a prank this is not a game or charade
we promise you that the time has come for decisive meaning full action
if you want to help us save our country then stay tuned to this frequency for further details and information

I have a pretty clean audio file for this, and will put up a link if anybody wants it.

Thanks for the detailed transcription, JFarley. Looks like we'll need to stay tuned to 6925 for some more transmissions.

The gravity and importance of the message is clear, and close scrutiny of this channel is imperative.

One must not forget to keep an eye on the mailbox; QSL #1 is still out there somewhere.   ;D
