Just got done listening for a while (0302-0348 UTC) on 7268 LSB, both directly and via K4LUX SDR in North Carolina.
I could hear Watch Net participants at times in poor to fair signals directly. I then tuned via the SDR to hear the details. Male voice reading hurricane forecast warning, ending with “Whiskey, Foxtrot, Four, Hotel out” at 0306 UTC. I could then, at 0309 UTC, hear him via the K4LUZ SDR call to another operator. Around 0313 UTC, I heard another operator – K4BY in North Carolina, I think – calling for relays with a signal that was copiable on my own radio, even during daylight here. He then took reports from others, including KK4ENI in Florida.
K4BY then gave the storm advisory just after 0330 UTC and continued to invite relays or others to report conditions until I switched off the frequency at 0348 UTC. Some nice cross-country signals heard here.
