2130 UTC OM with "a double shot of Stan Rogers"...mention of countrified rock...ID as "The Fox"

2142 UTC OM talking about working in radio...advertisement mentioning Providence Rhode Island
2145 UTC OFF

I guess this was a relay of some licensed station?
