Been listening to it for a few minutes, but cannot ID yet.  Possible ID at 0048, but not sure.

Lots of static crashes here, signal fades in and out.

Mahna-Mahna, sounds like one of the many Sesame Street variations.

Good via East Coast web tuner.  Not a peep at home.
