Tuned in at 0120 UTC, sounds like Van Halen with some other singer than SH or DLR, maybe when that Gary guy from Extreme was with them? Anyway, strong signal, and a slight negative offset which I take as a clue that this is Skippy.

SIO 555 here from 0031 UTC sign on until 0105 when it faded down to SIO 333 or so. Continued to fade out, lost the signal around 0132.
