various music with overlaid off the air recordings of amateur radio transmissions repeated, including obscenities and so forth. Quite entertaining. S9+10 in central Virginia. Very clear and readable.

This is a ham (or group of hams) behaving badly, not a pirate. This particular frequency is a known gathering spot for such individuals.
