Regular UNID with Latino/pop music on 12225 kHz

I have heard it on 21st of May on 12250 kHz and on 24, 25th of May on 12225 kHz with quite a good signal. SINPO up to 55444. S/off every time at 1602 UTC. Start time is unknown. Mostly non-stop Latino music and various pop. No any ID was heard.
