This is a new almost legal station R.O.C.V relaying "Venezuela 93.7 FM" awaiting a license from the Venezuelan authorities "CONATEL". Mode is USB with carrier.

Waiting for a licence? In Europe, WMR waited for 40 years and moved to several countries before getting a licence. Many others get licences after a 30 years story, but many countries still deliver no licences for SW hobby stations, or only very restricted, temporary...
