Fair reception in Vietnamese (short-wave.info)....this is definitely a grey line catch, the line is now running through Thailand and back down to east coast of US.  Short window to receive this broadcast here, they start 1100 utc and sunrise is 1106 utc.

1101 OM talking, transition music
1103 YL talking
1108 Music briefly then YL returns talking
1113 Music
1115 Interval Signal - programming switches to Chinese now
1118 OM talking
1129 Interval Signal and gone, antenna directional switch at this time
