Dead Cat Radio 6925 USB twofer (tentative)
« on: December 18, 2008, 0802 UTC »
12/18/08, 6925 USB: Another twofer from Dead Cat Radio.  No positive ID heard on my end, but ID confirmed via IRC by other listeners.  Some signature DCR stuff was audible here so let's call it... probably DCR.

Between 0227-0240 UTC, heard bits of familiar "Sleigh Ride" by unid woman singer; "Jingle Bell Rock", another unid woman singer; heard Ella Fitzgerald's voice, but couldn't tell what song.
0303z: Go-Go's "Vacation", just strong enough to recognize thru weak signal.
SINPO - 14421, but occasionally audible despite OTHR bursts.

0420-0530 UTC: Music from Beatles (Help, Ticket to Ride), Elvis Costello (Red Shoes), Gin Blossoms, Tears for Fears, Dolly Parton, Belinda Carlisle, Hooters (hmm... interesting juxtaposition), Ted Nugent (Cat Scratch Fever), Jimmy Buffett, possibly Joe Jackson, others lost during fades. (I didn't catch the ID at end, but Zane and Web confirmed via IRC.)
SINPO - 24322

(N. Central TX - Palstar R30C with indoor fugloop)
