Not sure exactly what I have here. It's not Hudson County which is fortunately still off the air, and not the Flight 93 nor Springfield MA TIS. It's only on the 120 ft T2FD, not the 250 ft V-Beam, 900 ft Sky Loop, nor 1000 ft LoG which have the Flight 93 TIS.

Fading in and out, I can hear an OM speaking, not sure it is even English. Now music at 1231 with YL speaking. So I assume this is a pirate, possibly ethnic/religious.
