Just tuned in to this drama with electronic type music in the background. Anyone getting this one???

It actually sounds like two stations on same frequency
One station giving an address, the other playing music with weird sounds

Rfi here has taken a turn for the worse. Originally thought this was still Yawneb, but perhaps not? Signal is just barely there through the noise (about 5 air conditioning units below me).
