Any ideas?

I'll try to get a wide bandwidth recording but not having much luck as yet.  I think it's transmitting at top/bottom of hour.  This was captured @ 1200z on 11-6-2020:

Hi.

By any respect to the usage of SDR it would also a great opportunity to add a soundfile, as it also helps to identify a sgnal.
