WMR is a legit station. Years ago when I lived in Sweden, it came in very clearly on this frequency, but now their power is VERY low (about 200 W!). I don't know how they are supposed to service all of Europe.

I really liked the station itself.

WMR is a former pirate station, created in Netherland in the mid 70s, and has a long story of attempts to find some way to be heard.

Interesting. I was in contact with them in about 2005 when they had the transmitter in Estbjerg, Denmark. I don't know why they did not mention their pirate past. Thanks for filling me in.
