M'y Grandson keyed Up for about 3 minutes on that frequency m'y hf does not transmit there is IT dangerous for the radio

If your set isn't "General Coverage" and doesn't TX
there - why you think it's dangerouse for your radio?

Depends on what you consider dangerous.  IF the rig has been modified for all band transmit, and the antenna is sort of matched, no harm done.  If you haven't modified the radio, and its out of band, nothing will happen.  Even if the radio has been modified, and the antenna is not matched, most modern rigs will fold back output power to prevent damage to the PA.

..As to the legality of such, this is a pirate board after all :)

Keying up on usb won't even transmit! You have to talk to get any RF!
'It's better to give than receive' so why Rx when you can Tx!
