Decent signal with moderate fading in central New York State. "Growling voice" ID was unintelligible to me. Playing rock music (I don't recognize any of the tunes so far

Confirmed - ID @ 0258z. Steely Dan @ 0300z.

I think they identified as WWBR (World Wide Basement Radio).  S-7 into Virginia.
