Radio Romania International eQSL

Hmmmmm.......an eQSL from RRI for a very recent reception report.  They had been a stalwart in sending QSL's.  It could be that office staff is working from home.  They are showing me the money though:

RRI did suspend issuing paper QSLs for awhile in 2019. I got an eQSL with a note "Unfortunately, for the moment, we are unable to send out printed QSL cards, the format you have been used to, due to budget issues. We are sorry for any inconvenience!" at the time.

They did restart sending printing QSL cards but maybe they have "Budget Issues" again?

I thought I heard them say during one of their broadcasts earlier in 2020 that they had suspended the paper ones due to the pandemic.   Staffing/mail issues maybe?
Default RX location is Wisconsin using various wire antennas. Other RX will be noted.

The eQSL's predate the pandemic. It took them a lot longer to acknowledge my last email to them compared to prior reports, too, so they appear to have cut staff and may well have budget troubles.
