Caught Bunker Radio here too, off at 0043 UTC.  Sign on and sign off with "Hello Radio" repeated several times in robo voice. S4 signal over summer static.

Saw the log, ran to the radio room from the Cards/Reds game, & only caught the computer voice "hello radio" repeating, then off. Afterward, station tuning up with carrier, but I guess this is a different station. Have brief recording of Bunker R, if op is interested.

Halfway through is a great very early Black Flag song with Keith Morris-simply 'Wasted' I think, followed by Buzzcocks Love You More both circa late 70's.  aaaaaaah
Don't know about the others.
"I want some wingtips" = " I was so wasted" on shortwave.
