UnId, 6925.2 USB, 0240+, 7/21/12.  Indistinct, however sounds like a radio play with narration like talk and shouting.  Poor

Perhaps AM - I've got nasty local QRM on 6924.8.

Pulled the plug at 0321 - no improvement in signal.

I have heard some weak AM signal at 0230z on 6925 kHz approx. here in Kiev in the park near my home with a portable receiver and 8 mtrs. wire on the trees as antenna. Even some traces of music were audible. That signal was still on 6925 at 0255z.
