OK, tnx, stumbled upon it Sunday morning 3-14-21 around 0915Z and only heard it for several minutes before it faded out.
Cannot find it in any database, strange.

Do you know if this had both the ID in MCW at +/- 1020 Hz or if it was it was with carrier and 400 Hz ID in the USB? Knowing that might help determine if U.S. or Canada.

I wonder if the dash at the end means T for Test.

Have it here (17 Mar 2020 UTC 0037) with clear ID- DAI and the long tone.

However, there is no carrier for it, its CW (not MCW) and its on 347.0.

By turning the loop antenna, it appears to be more or less north of here (Minneapolis, MN). Also picking up the LSB ID from MC on 348 which causes some problems.

0100Z Faded out.
0115Z Faded back in. MC dropped off a bit and DAI is dominant now.
0018Z DAI is very strong and MC cannot be heard.

Hmmm, this is interesting, tnx for the update.

It sounded MCW here but could have been beating with 346 YXL which is very strong in here.
Band is noisy this morning, lots of T-storms south central U.S., don't hear it, just YXL.

Mystery solved!

This is AFK 347 Nebraska City, NE exhibiting pronounced negative keying in its carrier, and is clearly showing "DAI' with a DAID.

Well done, that's it.

Confirmed on a KiwiSDR in KS that is within range of this beacon. The AFK is clear on the USB, missing entirely on the LSB, and the carrier is negative keying with the normal ID.

Was still sending DAI this morning.
Have only heard this beacon very infrequently through the years
but hear it regularly now quite plainly since it has been negative keying.

Heard the correct ID, AFK, on the USB this morning.
Carrier still negative keying DAI.
