Reception just above noise.  Started new entry as folks reported last one as "off".

1702 Faint music, hard rock I believe.
1707 Possibly a Springsteen song.
1710 Music continues but not at a decipherable level.
1715 “Surfin’ USA” The Beach Boys, heard clearly
