Sounds like Ultraman. "Yellow Submarine" (not the Beatles version). S7-S9 signal, pretty good for 6925 this time of the day.

I have it here as well.  Ultraman playing "Yellow Submarine", BOC - Don't Fear The Reaper, Boston - More Than A Feeling.  Audio just barely audible on fadeups.  Lots of QRM from Spanish comms in USB.
