around 0630 a station came up playing nice mellow Appalachian sounding music...has been suggested that one of the tunes might be by Nickel Creek. About S4 on the west coast
0643Z there was a voice ID and addy but I couldn't quite pull it out. Great tunes though...thanks for the show

6925 kHz USB, 8/23/2012, *0627 keyed up after BOR went off air.

Playing light female vocalist I can't name right off... lyric "I am a lighthouse..."?
Must be this  http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/nickelcreek/thelighthousestale.html

but peaks at S-9 in Lansing for a time.

Around S-5 at 0633... into more music by same artist.

Country/folk "I think it's gonna rain...." at 0640 UTC.

Clear ID at 0643UTC, Eccentric Shortwave.
ECCENTRICSW@yahoo.com !
(Thanks for the ID!)

Seems off at 0643.

Thanks for the show, Eccentric!  Nice signal tonight

Heard here on the SDR recording, but rather faint. I could hear singing at 0629z, possibly with a banjo?
