Shiokaze - New type of jamming
« on: May 21, 2021, 1643 UTC »
- - - - Posted to WOR iog:

KOREA NORTH[non]. 5965 // 7295, Shiokaze/Sea Breeze, via Japan, on May 19, at 1318 UT. On 5965, heard with the usual pulsating
noise jamming from N. Korea, but what sounded like a new type of jamming on 7295? Don't recall hearing this style of jamming used in
the past against Shiokaze. Have others heard this before?

My audio is at http://bit.ly/3bAEgGH , with one minute of 5965 and one of 7295.

About 1 minute into the recording it sound like what the industry calls a "bagpipes" jamming signal.
