Joe Dimaggio @0354gmt.  (thank you google for keerect spuleeng); something about w.freeradiocafe.com @ 0359gmt...  .
(I, too, am guessing this is a relay by NRS or BOR). Very strong signal with shallow, erratic fades into Pacific N.W.
