2300 UTC Mostly just a carrier, but at 2302 UTC some eerie sounding audio poked through for about a minute
2314 UTC Carrier is solid, but the signal is undermodulated....
2317 UTC Tough in the static crashes, but some kind of ambient music coming up to threshold level briefly
2327 UTC Another fade up of music of indeterminate genre

Noted as early as 1951 UTC on the SDR recording. 6949.98 kHz.
