At this location beacon “L” is 579, 17 June with some QSB at 0003Z.
Beacon “L” seems to be sky wave for me, very weak to unreadable from 1600Z until 0100Z, then it pops out of the noise very rapidly and goes through a series of deep fades as the dark hours proceed through dawn. Yesterday, 16 June at 0322Z “L” hit 589 and was very steady in signal strength until 1100Z, then completely faded out until 1350Z.
I have been following “L” over its on/off presence since October 2020, there seems to be a little development going on? Back in October “L” was a simple ID only beacon and now it’s getting into a bit more sophistication with telemetry, good to see.
