I also caught that F beacon yesterday morning 1600Z using KFS omni.

On 8500 kHz (+/- a couple hundred Hz), there were two other beacons - one sending 'M' and another I could make out but could see on the waterfall.  I don't know anything about this cluster - are they related to the cluster of Russian coastal 'letter' beacons typically heard on 7039?

Most days I find F on 8005 the Hiker Freq.  at different times...
Some times it goes off and the Hiker dasher comes on...
good radio mystery.
