Male DJ seemed to say arf,arf ! and then SSTV at 0212.Lost or off at 00214 UTC.S3-S5 on K1RA / KW4VA Kiwi. SDR in Virginia.My QTH is Knoxville,TN. PSE QSL to cedewhitt@gmail.com
