Texas Shortwave Radio/WRMI announces Euro Pirate Line Up (The Vault is there)

I was first tipped off about the TSR/WRMI European Pirate broadcast production after an emailed reception report to The Vault a couple of weeks ago.  In the reply, the Vault Keeper mentioned his participation in late November.  This will be my first opportunity to hear several of these broadcasters.
