WTTM 1680 Lindenworld NJ 1905 UTC 24 AUG 2021 - Weaker than usual

I've noticed for time now (weeks, months?) that 1680 has been much weaker than usual. 1660 from NJ still comes in around the same signal strength as before. I can't find a STA or any evidence WTTM is running at reduced power, but I'm curious why they are so much weaker.
