Thanks much, Arthur.  Interesting in that they couldn't verify who transmitted it:
"Many thanks for the report, it is greatly appreciated. Please find attached an E-QSL to verify you heard Cruisin Radio!
This transmission was rather strange as we cannot conform it came from the usual Central European transmission site, so, for all you DX-er's this is indeed a bonus."
