Excellent reception, Romanian service.  Popped on four minutes early right into song, midsong, listed below.  Tuned in early as 1300 utc hour is supposed to be music.

16Sept.: 15.340 @ 1200, 1230, 1255, 1305, 1330, 1400 gmt. : Nothing.
     "     : 15.140 @ 1330 & 1400 gmt. : Spanish, v. weak & slow, deep fading.
