Voice of Doom not doing too well in NH, about S4-S5 and down in the noise which makes it tough to copy.

2348z ID loop with "This is the Voice of Doom"
2353z Off

0005z Back again with ID loop once, off, again (partial), off...
0011z Started a story but only got a minute or so into it & off

Relay of old KMUD "Voice of Doom" show, "Morak: Thing Behind the Wall"

0055z Now doing ID loop on 6925u, much stronger - S7
0100z The narrator (Dr. Benway?) talks about fear (He's afraid of walls)
0103z Voices in his head (Morak)
0124z Was it a dream, or...

Found this nice page with some info about KMUD including a copy of this show:

Weak but fair copy on the west coast.
Off abrubtly at 0006Z
On again at 0007Z with spacy music and Voice of Doom voice ID's
0008Z off again...seemingly for good this time

0055 I'm hearing a looped ID over music
0059 Low OM talk with urgent music
0100 "...shrouded in darkness...", "...located near my bedroom window..."
0109 "I'm just on the other side of the wall..."
0118 Morak's pulling him in!
0120 "Harry!  Are you having nightmares again?"
0131 fading badly now
0135 "...next time...another tale of fear, horror.  You are tuned to the Voice of Doom."  Seemingly off.

Weak S6 on an S6 floor

Rough copy, but great show!

Weak to really weak here in noise. Sounds like the story of Morak that I've heard recordings of over the past few years. Have a recording if the op is interested. I couldn't hear any of the WPOD bits that were mentioned by other posters. My first time to tune in the Voice of Doom. Is there an e-mail address?
Thanks for the show!

6925 USB SIO 232-333

Fair to decent signal with some fading - switched the direction of my array for better S/N ratio a bit after program began.
