Pirate radio station. In the evening, it is heard on many SDR receivers. In the daytime, I can only hear on one SDR receiver, which is located in Belarus in Minsk. From this we can conclude that the station is located most likely in the Smolensk region.

Пиратская радиостанция. В вечернее время слышна на многих сдр приемниках. Днем я слышна только на один сдр приемник который расположен в Беларуси в Минске. Из этого можно сделать вывод что станция находится скорее всего в смоленской области.

    Yesterday I read comments from Russian listeners on the YT Radio Buchta 3940 recording.
 It says they are also broadcasting on 1575 and on the FM band.
Such a message was given directly by Buchty's operator at 3940, but did not disclose the FRQ.
 I also heard the location " nasza radiostancja nachoditsja w Zaporożje Ukraina"  which I wrote about 08 Oct.

   Observing the daily propagation of the station in 1575, the station is not heard in Ukraine, good in Belarus, trace of the signal in Latvia. In my QTH 1500 UTC stable readable signal S9 + 15
 I agree with Michman's conclusion - the MW transmitter is somewhere in western Russia or in Belarus.
1648 each of the transmitters broadcasts a different program of radio Buchta

- after 2 p.m. UTC the receiver in Minsk was blocked

 From your location, this is the right direction to Smolensk. Someone in YT's comments suggested locations in Smolensk. Below is information about Radio Komintern unlicensed station 1575 kHz with 2kW power.

Comparing their signal with the 1kW religious station in Riga LV (R.Tsentr) it is likely.
The station's founder is reportedly a famous Russian journalist and must play the role of the Donbas "green man".
From the first moments this station raises doubts that it is a free pirate radio. I do not believe in their good intentions.

Hi, Kris!

The wrong versions about Smolensk, Smolensk region, Pskov region and Leningrad region are probably originated from incorrect TDoA results obtained by Finnish DXers some time ago. It is also possible, that some of the versions were spread deliberately by the persons behind the transmissions.

My numerous TDoA results point on the northern part of Belarus for 1611 kHz used in past (with a very good accuracy), 1575 kHz and 3940 kHz (not as good accuracy as for 1611 kHz, but still point on the same region). Anyone who is able to apply this method correctly can verify my results by himself.

Authorities in russia are very attentive to such regular unlicensed radio operations which go beyond the scope of radio hooligan's routine "allo-allo" QSOs. At present, SW, MW, FM stations of such kind would not broadcast for a long time from the territory of russia not being raided (let's recall collapse of the FM pirate scene in Sankt-Peterburg). The mentioned MW station is regularly active since the beginning of 2020 at least (if not earlier), that's why the above versions about its russian location are nonsence IMHO. Republic of Belarus is more suitable for such an activity instead, because communication authorities are more careless there. In any case, I guess, this is totally amateur project, supporting general line of the russian chauvinistic politics, but not supervised by officials.

 - It is possible that what they say they are doing for a deception.
I also thought about the territory of Belarus and renting their old MW transmitter.
 I agree that the Russian authorities will not allow pirate stations to operate on their territory.
 Hence, we can guess that their activity is at least tolerated, and maybe it is part of a hybrid war.
Someone is financing a lot of operating costs.

It's only relayed web-radios and old/new recordings, which have nothing to do with real location of the transmitter.
