00:29 UTC - Fading in and out over the noise floor. Weak and unreadable;
00:46 UTC - Waterfall image followed by annoying repeat beat electronic noise.

Heard here from 2356 UTC on the SDR recording with Biden sound clips and then into parody music. SIO 444 much of the time, but some peaks and fades.
