There is a very strong carrier on 6948.58 kHz. I can hear audio beneath but the carrier is completely overpowering it here. Carrier is 40 over 9 with QSB.

Note I got the time incorrect above. It's 2350Z. I'm doing conversion to UTC in my head and not used to the time change to Standard time yet.  :)
